As a Crew Member, you’ll work hands-on in the field to help erect pre-engineered metal buildings. The Crew Leader is responsible for supervising and coordinating field erection activities on PEMB projects. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on construction expertise, and the ability to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with the highest quality. The Crew Leader will serve as the key link between the field crews, project managers, and leadership team.
