As a Crew Member, you’ll work hands-on in the field to help erect pre-engineered metal buildings. This role is ideal for hardworking individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in quality construction, and are eager to grow within a fast-expanding company. Crew Members work under the supervision of the Crew Leader and Project Manager to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality completion of projects. Key Responsibilities: Assemble, bolt, weld, and install PEMB components under supervision of Crew Leader. Safely use hand and power tools, equipment, and machinery required for PEMB erection. Follow blueprints, drawings, and instructions from leadership to complete tasks. Uphold company safety policies and participate in daily toolbox talks. Crew Leader

The Crew Leader is responsible for supervising and coordinating field erection activities on PEMB projects. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on construction expertise, and the ability to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with the highest quality. The Crew Leader will serve as the key link between the field crews, project managers, and leadership team.
