JOB SUMMARY: RN - OB, L& D - $15 ,000 Sign-on Bonus for Experienced L&D RN's Coordinates/provides nursing care for patients, participates in patient and family teaching and provides leadership by working cooperatively with nursing, ancillary, and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.   Because the primary patients for whom the OB Department provides care are females of child-bearing age and newborn infants, the OB staff nurse must be competent in the assessment of teenage and adult mothers for appropriate behavior, motor skills, and physiological and psychological norms.
