We are currently seeking a full or part time Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at our clinic location in Cook, MN. At our well established clinics you will enjoy a patient focused culture and a rewarding team approach. This position will provide comprehensive medical treatment of presenting patients; perform various exams such as routine physical examinations, well child check-ups, and chronic disease maintenance; as well as diagnosing and treating acute illnesses. Average appointment length is 30 minutes, with 45-minutes allocated for physicals and wellchild exams. Seeking an Acute Care Certified Nurse Practitioner (or experienced PA) to join a team of highly performance Hospitalist Team with focus on quality and patient centered care in a state of art facility. You would be required to work side-by-side with a team of IM or FM board certified physician hospitalists and acute care certified nurse practitioners in an acute care setting at a critical access facility with multiple specialists services. Hospitalists provide care for all inpatients except Peds and OB GYN. Majority of work would involve co-management of surgical patients along with a mix of medical cases.
