• Perform GMP warehouse activities including Receiving, Transfers, Dispensing and all other general inventory management activities.
• Support audit response activities for Warehouse Operations resulting in less than 1% error rate.
• Transform inventory to comply with Global Standard where batch segregation on pallet is required.
• Execute inventory discrepancy activities.
• Track discrepancies from origin through to resolution.
• Communicate with Project Managers assuring their responsibilities are executed resulting in on time deliveries.
• Organize periodic update meetings with department management.
• Lead floor activities supporting the Annual Physical Inventory Process, resulting in annual on time completion, with minimal discrepancy Staging and performing physical count of materials.
• Coordinate staff to provide verification of counts.
• IATA (International) and CFR49 (Road) certified in transportation of Hazardous Material.
• Licensed Forklift Driver.
• Experience with GMP Inventory Management Systems (current system, NASCA).
• Perform GMP Distribution activities supporting both domestic and international shipments of investigational product.
• Perform GMP warehouse activities including Receiving, Transfers, Dispensing and all other general inventory management activities.

• Purchasing of All Maintenance, Lab, Office, & other department materials.
• Creating & entering vast orders for efficient delivery that maintenance, production, & the plant could operate with readily available materials, less emergency repairs.
