Was the sole proprietor of a catering business that specialized in Italian-American cuisine and desserts. Was the main caterer for fundraising for Frankford High School Football team and Moah's Ark Animal Rescue. The business was rated by the South Jersey Foodie Review as "The best new caterer of the year". The business was prospering operation that had to cease with the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Was the onsite manage of the fitness facility. Duties entailed the proper operation of the health club, insuring proper staffing, collecting dues onsite, selling health products, and assisting members on the proper usage of fitness equipment to eliminate the possibility of injury.

Was a server and supervisor of the catering operations for the pre-game events that occurred. Was a lead supervisor for outdoor tent dining for the Republican National Convention 2000. Duties included the proper operation and staffing of the events. Insuring that all the food product met the safety standards of the local guidelines and the standards of Aramark.
