Assist with medication administration and documentation per state regulations
Maintain medication cart accuracy and security
Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed
Engage residents with meaningful conversation and activities
Observe and report changes in resident condition
Complete required documentation accurately and on time
Support dining and light housekeeping as needed
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
1+ year experience as a Caregiver or CNA in senior care
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Ability to perform job duties with or without reasonable accommodation
Willingness to complete Medication Aide training/certification (as required)
