Position: Registered Dental Hygienist
*Location:* Enumclaw, WA
*Type:* Full-time or Part-time
*Pay:* $60.00 - $75.00 per hour
*Schedule:*
* Office hours: Monday-Wednesday, 7 am - 5 pm. 1 hour lunch.
* Staff required to arrive at 6:15 am for morning preparations and huddle
* Most staff average 30-33 hours per week, enjoying a 4-day weekend
Responsibilities:
* Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and root planning, prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, polish, and debridement.
* Conduct comprehensive oral examinations and screenings.
* Take and record radiographic images.
* Educate patients on oral hygiene and home care.
* Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, findings, and progress.
* Collaborate with clinicians to ensure optimal patient care.
* Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile environment.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or GED.
* Degree from an accredited dental hygiene program.
* Valid and current certifications, licenses, and registrations as per state and federal requirements.
* Experience with Open Dental software and electronic health records.
* Compassionate, patient-centric approach.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
