The Role

This is a high-visibility, people-centered role where you’ll run the day-to-day operations of a residential community. You’ll balance structure and responsiveness—keeping operations organized while also working directly with residents, prospects, and internal teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, solving problems in real time, and influencing outcomes through strong communication.

What You’ll Do

  • Own leasing activity from first inquiry through move-in, including tours, follow-up, and application conversion
  • Build strong relationships with residents by handling questions, concerns, and requests quickly and professionally
  • Keep the property running smoothly through daily coordination with maintenance and regular walkthroughs
  • Manage rent collection and follow up on outstanding balances
  • Stay organized with multiple priorities, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
  • Monitor local market activity and provide input on pricing and positioning
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to solve issues and improve operations
  • Maintain a consistent, professional experience for both residents and prospects

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Experience in property management, leasing, customer service, or a similar role
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities throughout the day
  • Ability to stay responsive and effective in a fast-moving environment
  • Comfortable using multiple systems and technology tools
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating with a broader team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in multifamily or residential property management
  • Leasing or sales experience with a focus on closing and follow-up
  • Experience handling resident concerns and conflict resolution
  • Familiarity with property management or CRM systems
