Frontida Assisted Living is in search of a talented Lead Cook who takes pride in preparing delicious meals.

Duties Include:

• Manage food inventory and work with food provider to ensure adequate supply for planned meals
• Manage budget and document all purchases in expense management
• Create food menu, coordinating with special or seasonal activities and accommodating special diets
• Adjust menu as needed based on Resident preferences and requests
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and prepare food according to state and federal guidelines
• Cook delicious and nutritious meals and snacks
• Coordinate meal preparation/defrosting to ensure smooth execution of preparation, cooking, and serving of meals.
• ServSafe certification is a plus
