Job Summary

Triumph Management Company is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Multi Site Property Manager to oversee the operations of multiple senior residential communities - Monaco Senior Apartments, Villa Serena Senior Apartments and Montclair Senior Apartments ( a total of 475 units) . This role is vital in ensuring each community runs smoothly, maintains high standards of resident satisfaction, and complies with all relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to property management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating welcoming, well-maintained living environments. You will coordinate leasing activities, oversee maintenance operations, and foster positive relationships with residents and vendors alike. Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations across several property sites,
  • Oversee leasing processes including property tours, application processing, and lease signing, utilizing Yardi CRM IQ.
  • Coordinate property maintenance and facilities management to ensure properties are safe, functional, and appealing; oversee vendor relationships and service contracts.
  • Handle tenant relations by addressing concerns promptly, managing conflict resolution, and maintaining high levels of customer service through effective phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
  • Administer all administrative tasks such as lease agreements and renewals, accounts receivable and payables, purchase orders, work orders and unit assets with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor property conditions, safety standards, and compliance with legal regulations; implement improvements as needed.

Experience

  • 10 years experience in multifamily managing multiple communities.
  • Proficient in Yardi Voyager, CRM IQ and Payscan.
  • Strong understanding of landlord-tenant law and legal procedures related to leasing and evictions.
  • Demonstrated ability in conflict management, negotiation, and contract administration within a property management setting.
  • Excellent customer service skills combined with office experience including data entry, filing, and administrative support.
  • Senior community a plus
  • Ability to manage facilities maintenance tasks
