*The Opportunity*
Join our team to provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care alongside a supportive doctor and team. We offer flexibility for full-time or part-time status, with a typical Monday-Thursday schedule of approximately 30-33 hours per week. Compensation ranges from $36-$42 per hour with a retirement plan, and new graduates are warmly encouraged to apply.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Take dental radiographs
* Apply fluoride treatments and sealants
* Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
* Follow infection control protocols and office procedures
* Conduct periodontal charting
* Perform dental cleanings and SRP
* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
*Qualifications*
* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene
* Active Nebraska Dental Hygienist license
* Proficiency in taking dental radiographs
* Knowledge of infection control and OSHA standards
* Strong patient communication and chairside education
