FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – Seven Fields is opening a brand-new outpatient clinic, and we’re looking for a clinician-leader who is excited to help build a practice rooted in exceptional care, strong relationships, and a positive team culture.

*Position Overview*
This role blends hands-on outpatient patient care with clinical leadership. You’ll help launch the clinic, establish best practices, and support a collaborative, patient-first environment as the practice grows.
You’ll continue doing what you do best — treating patients — while also having a voice in how the clinic is built, how care is delivered, and how the team develops.

* *Perform comprehensive evaluations and deliver individualized treatment plans*
* *Treat orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and balance patients*
* *Focus on outcomes, patient experience, and clinical excellence*
*Leadership & Clinic Development*
* *Help establish clinical standards, workflows, and best practices*
* *Lead by example in professionalism, patient engagement, and care quality*
* *Mentor future therapists and support team development*
* *Partner with ownership on clinic growth, community outreach, and referral relationships*
* *Contribute to operational planning as the clinic expands*
*You won’t be doing this alone — as a locally owned FYZICAL clinic, you’ll have access to national systems, training, and clinical resources*
*Ideal Candidate*
* *Licensed Physical Therapist (or license-eligible) in Pennsylvania*
* *5+ years of clinical experience preferred*
* *Passionate about patient-centered outpatient care*
* *Interested in leadership, mentorship, and long-term growth*
* *Enjoys collaboration and building strong team culture*
* *Entrepreneurial mindset is a plus — but heart for patients comes first*
