As a New Graduate Nurse (RN), you will operate as a key member of the health care team using the nursing process, clinical skills and leadership to direct, provide and evaluate age specific patient care according to the department's scope of service.
2021 Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required. NC RN Licensure or Multistate RN Licensure required. (before employment begins) Current CPR certification or within 30 days of hire.
Must be a patient advocate and be willing to provide exceptional care to every patient every time no exceptions. Must have a positive and professional attitude and be a team player. Must have passion for patient care.
