*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care while ensuring the highest standards of dental hygiene and safety. Open to new graduates!
Schedule: Mon-Thurs 8:30am-5:00pm, Friday 8:30am-3:00pm
This role is open to both full time or part time. Flexible to create your own schedule.
*Duties*
* Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations for patients, utilizing appropriate tools and techniques.
* Take digital dental x-rays/panoramic x-rays.
* Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental check-ups.
* Review and maintain accurate documentation of patient medical records and treatment plans.
* Conduct assessments of patients’ oral health, including reviewing medical histories and identifying potential issues.
* Maintain a clean and organized dental office environment adhering to aseptic techniques.
*Qualifications*
* Valid Dental Hygienist license
* Valid CPR certification
* Proficient knowledge of dental terminology and anatomy.
* Familiarity with pediatric dentistry practices is a plus.
* Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced dental office setting.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $42.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24.0 – 38.0 per week
