As we continue to grow, we are expanding our behavioral health services and seeking a dedicated Psychiatrist to join our team in Mansfield, TX.
*Position Summary*
We are looking for a board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrist to provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing mental health care for pediatric and *adult *patients. This is a full-time, *outpatient-only *position with a predictable Monday–Friday schedule and no weekend or on-call requirements.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Conduct psychiatric evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Provide medication management and monitor patient progress
* Collaborate closely with pediatricians, primary care providers, and behavioral health team members
* Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
* Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and care coordination
* Educate patients and families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and medications
*Qualifications*
* MD or DO with completion of accredited Psychiatry residency
* Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry
* Active and unrestricted Texas medical license (or ability to obtain)
* Experience with pediatric and adult populations
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
