*About the Role:*
Peninsula Behavioral Health (PBH) is seeking a *Psychiatric Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP)* to provide psychiatric assessment, medication management, and consultation services to individuals served by the agency. This role supports high‑quality, patient‑centered psychiatric care in a collaborative clinical environment.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and treatment planning
* Provide ongoing medication management and psychiatric follow‑up care
* Monitor medication effectiveness, side effects, and required laboratory testing
* Provide psychiatric consultation to internal teams, primary care providers, and community partners
* Coordinate care with pharmacies, caregivers, case managers, and therapists
* Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in the electronic health record
* Participate in quality improvement activities and interdisciplinary collaboration
*Required Qualifications*
* Advanced Nursing Degree from an accredited program
* Current Washington State RN and ARNP licensure with prescriptive authority
* DEA registration for Schedule I-V medications
* Minimum one year of psychiatric prescribing experience, including child/adolescent care
* Eligible for credentialing with hospitals and insurance panels
*Additional Requirements*
* Ability to pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screening
* Ability to provide required vaccination documentation
